The Wicked Witch of Publishing ™
Lynne W. Scanlon has written three nonfiction books with total sales exceeding 600,000 copies. She has been on radio and TV throughout the United States while on national tour promoting her books. She has been interviewed in Newsweek and profiled on CNN. She was a group publisher of developmental product at A/S/M Communications (publishers of AdWeek magazine) and the Director of Marketing, Special Sales at Barnes & Noble Books.
Ms. Scanlon is also the CEO and publisher of NYC-based Back2Press Books, an imprint dedicated to re-publishing long-neglected titles that initially showed great promise, but that were allowed to fade into obscurity. Back2Press Books’ first release is the international bestseller, The Cure for Jet Lag, formerly called Overcoming Jet Lag, a five-star, formerly out-of-print book that sold over 200,000 copies when first published, but that has a potential market of 20 million air travelers around the world.
